Simple Peptide review

Verdict. Simple Peptide tells you who it is, where it is, which laboratory tests its products and how to check a certificate with that laboratory, and it offers a 30-day return window. It hides its prices until you sign in, its certificate search may need an account, and Finnrick's independent tests show the common peptides passing about half the time.

Who they are and what we checked

Simple Peptide is operated by Melex Technologies Inc. from Delray Beach, Florida. The site carries a “Since 2019” badge, describes a full launch in 2023 and calls itself family-run. Its catalog is unusual for this market: lyophilized vials sit beside dissolvable “BioStrips,” oral peptides and a skincare line, and the record notes that GLP-class products are sold. Three disclosures put the company ahead of most peers at the outset. It names its laboratory, it names its legal operator and it publishes a street address with a toll-free phone. What it does not do is show you a price until you sign in.

We read the homepage, the COA page, the third-party testing documentation page, the shipping and returns page and the about page, checked the Trustpilot profiles and read Finnrick’s vendor page. Everything below comes from those sources or from public records.

What the testing documentation actually shows

The laboratory is Freedom Diagnostics Testing of Franklin, Tennessee, and the site says each certificate carries a search code that can be checked on the lab’s own website. Methods are LC-MS for identity and HPLC-UV for purity, and certificates are issued per lot. From May 2026 onward, certificates also carry sterility, endotoxin and net-peptide-content results, so a buyer of a recent lot gets a fuller document than a buyer of an older one. The stated finished-lot standard is 99 percent purity or better where the molecule supports it, with exceptions documented on the lot certificate. The lab makes no ISO 17025 claim on the vendor’s page, and the company itself claims no GMP, ISO or cGMP certification.

The access question is where the record hesitates. The /coa/ page is a lot-number search tied to the my-account page, and we cannot say from the record whether a certificate opens without an account. A named lab with a lab-side search code is a strong mechanism; a mechanism you may have to register to use is weaker than one that opens to anyone. One further note, which we record without endorsing: a Trustpilot reviewer reported that the vendor could not supply an updated hCG certificate because the lab no longer tests hCG.

Finnrick, an independent testing aggregator, records 28 passes and 19 failures across 47 of its own tests, with the latest sample dated October 8, 2026. By product, Finnrick rates BPC-157 at 48 percent and CJC-1295 at 25 percent. These are Finnrick’s results, not ours, and they sit uncomfortably beside the vendor’s named-lab, per-lot program: the paperwork is above average, and the independent pass rate is middling.

The company, the prices and the fine print

Melex Technologies Inc. lists 6586 W Atlantic Ave Ste #1112, Delray Beach, FL 33446, a toll-free number, 1-877-711-0702, and a support email. The site states that it is not a 503A compounding pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility, and research-use-only wording is present. We found no FDA warning letter.

Trustpilot has removed the simplepeptide.com profile with its guidelines notice. A separate page on fi.trustpilot.com exists under the wrong domain, simplepeptides.com, and should not be read as this company’s record. No review figure can be stated.

Prices and most of the catalog are hidden until sign-in, so the price tier is unknown and there is no BPC-157 benchmark. Named listings include GHK-CU, BPC-157, MOTS-C and Tesamorelin; the product count is not published.

Shipping is US-only. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day via 2nd Day Air through UPS or FedEx, with USPS used for PO boxes. Payments are card and bank transfer. No free-shipping threshold is stated.

The return policy is better than most. A 30-day refund applies to unopened, unused products in original condition, opened products are handled case by case, the customer pays trackable return shipping, and refunds arrive 7 to 10 business days after inspection. Thirty days is long enough to receive a product, open the certificate with the lab and change your mind, which is the point of a return window.

Set against the field, Simple Peptide belongs with the suppliers that disclose their business well and their testing adequately. A named laboratory with a lab-side search code is a strong mechanism, and the addition of sterility, endotoxin and net-content results from May 2026 brings recent lots up to the fuller standard that a laboratory buyer wants. The uncertainty about whether a certificate opens without an account is the one documentation gap, and it is a gap of access rather than of substance. A buyer who registers will, on the record, find real per-lot documents from a real outside lab.

The Finnrick figures should be read with the method in mind. Finnrick buys and tests products itself, so its pass rates reflect what arrived rather than what the vendor’s certificate says, and a 48 percent result on BPC-157 is a reason to read the lot certificate for your batch rather than the company’s stated standard. It is also a reason to value the 30-day return window, which gives a buyer time to do exactly that. Few suppliers combine a named lab, a lab-side check and a month to change your mind; Simple Peptide does, and it undercuts the combination by hiding its prices until you sign in.

Bottom line

Simple Peptide tells you who it is, where it is, which laboratory tests its products and how to check a certificate with that laboratory, and it offers a 30-day return window. Those are the fundamentals, and many suppliers fail them. Against that, it hides its prices, its certificate search may require an account, its Trustpilot profile has been removed, and Finnrick’s independent record shows the common peptides passing about half the time. If you value a named lab, a named operator and a real return window and are willing to register to see a price, this is a credible place to order. If independent pass rates drive your decision, Finnrick’s numbers are a reason to start small.

What we liked

  • The third-party laboratory is named, Freedom Diagnostics Testing of Franklin, Tennessee, and the site says each certificate carries a search code that can be checked on the lab's own website.
  • The legal operator, Melex Technologies Inc., is named with a street address in Delray Beach, Florida, and a toll-free phone number.
  • A 30-day refund applies to unopened, unused products in original condition, which is a longer window than most peers offer.
  • Certificates issued from May 2026 onward add sterility, endotoxin and net-peptide-content results to the LC-MS identity and HPLC-UV purity data.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday to Friday ship the same day via 2nd Day Air.

What we would want fixed

  • Prices and most of the catalog are hidden until sign-in, so no price tier or BPC-157 benchmark can be recorded.
  • Trustpilot has removed the simplepeptide.com profile, and a separate fi.trustpilot.com page exists under the wrong domain.
  • The COA page is a lot-number search tied to the my-account page, and whether a certificate opens without an account is unclear.
  • Finnrick, an independent testing aggregator, reports 28 passes and 19 failures on 47 tests, with BPC-157 at 48 percent and CJC-1295 at 25 percent.
  • Sterility, endotoxin and net-content results appear only on certificates issued May 2026 or later, so older lots carry purity and identity alone.

Frequently asked questions

Is Simple Peptide third-party tested?

Yes. The vendor names Freedom Diagnostics Testing of Franklin, TN, and says each certificate carries a search code that can be checked on the lab's site. Methods are LC-MS identity and HPLC-UV purity, with sterility, endotoxin and net content added for lots from May 2026 onward.

Where is Simple Peptide located?

Simple Peptide is operated by Melex Technologies Inc. at 6586 W Atlantic Ave Ste #1112, Delray Beach, FL 33446. A toll-free number, 1-877-711-0702, and a support email are published, and the site states it is not a 503A or 503B facility.

Does Simple Peptide publish COAs?

It publishes a lot-number search at /coa/, but that search is tied to the my-account page, so we cannot say from the record whether a certificate opens without signing in. The lab-side search code is a strong mechanism if you can reach it.

What is the Simple Peptide return policy?

A 30-day refund applies to unopened, unused products in original condition. Opened products are handled case by case, the customer pays trackable return shipping, and refunds arrive 7 to 10 business days after inspection.
